CINO Vista Consulting, LLC (“CINO Vista,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://www.cinovista.com (the “Site”) as the online presence of our private executive advisory practice. We advise CEOs, founders, executive directors, and provider owners at IDD and HCBS agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.

This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not govern client engagements, which are governed by separate written service agreements. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us or that is generated automatically when you visit the Site.

Information you give us through the Inquire form or by direct contact

When you submit an inquiry, request advisory review, or email or call us, you may share your name, business email address, phone number, agency or organization name, role, and the details of what you are asking about. Sharing this information is voluntary. If you do not share it, we cannot respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, standard web-server and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. If we enable a third-party analytics tool, it is used to understand aggregate site performance and improve the visitor experience, not to build advertising profiles about you.

Cookies

The Site may use a small number of first-party and third-party cookies for basic functionality and, if enabled, standard analytics. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some parts of the Site experience.

We do not collect information from children under the age of thirteen. The Site is intended for professional and business users, not children.

How we use your information

We use the information you share and the information collected automatically to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether an engagement is a fit;
  • Send you follow-up correspondence directly related to your inquiry;
  • Send occasional communications about CINO Vista services, insights, or events if you have opted in to receive them, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time;
  • Keep the Site working, secure, and improving over time;
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use your information to profile you for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who we share information with

We share information only in the limited situations below:

  • Service providers. We may use third-party providers such as email delivery, form processing, hosting, analytics, and customer-relationship tools. These providers process information solely on our behalf and are contractually or professionally required to protect it.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CINO Vista, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If CINO Vista is involved in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, information may transfer with the business. If that happens, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, follow up on the engagement, and maintain business records consistent with legal and professional obligations. Aggregate analytics data may be retained on a longer, non-identifying basis.

How we protect your information

We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No online transmission or storage system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping the devices and accounts you use to communicate with us secure.
