IDD & HCBS Executive Advisory
Helping agencies stay
relevant to the future
of care.
CINO Vista Consulting is the private executive advisory firm of Precious “Preciosa” Myers-Brown. Field-tested guidance for the leaders responsible for real care, in real communities.
For agencies that know something has to change
Not another policy binder. A trusted mind in the room.
Many IDD and HCBS agencies are carrying outdated systems, unstable staffing models, weak quality practices, and reactive leadership habits that cannot be solved by one more emergency meeting.
CINO Vista helps provider leaders slow down, see the real issue, and make stronger decisions across operations, compliance, quality, staff culture, survey readiness, service delivery, and the future of care.
We work with CEOs, founders, executive directors, and provider owners who need a confidant with field wisdom, not another consultant with a checklist.
Need help running your IDD or HCBS agency? An Agency Diagnostic can help you understand what is working, what is unstable, and what needs to change. Executive advisory gives provider leaders ongoing support with operations, staffing systems, quality, compliance, and survey readiness.
The belief underneath the work
“You cannot automate dysfunction. Before an agency can become innovative, it has to become honest about what is no longer working.”
Real care happens every day in your homes. The reality of care is whether the operation behind it can hold: compliance, staffing, systems, survey readiness, and a team that is not burning out. The future of care still has to work on a Tuesday night when somebody calls out. If you cannot operate in the reality of care right now, you are not ready for the future of care. CINO Vista strengthens the foundation first, then prepares agencies for what care is becoming.

Faith-Based Innovation & Executive Advisory
Helping faith communities prepare for the future of care.
CINO Vista recognizes churches as vital community infrastructure, with a long history of caring for people, supporting families, and strengthening the well-being of our communities.
As community needs evolve and digital innovation creates new possibilities for care, CINO Vista helps faith-based leaders explore how their traditional service to the community can grow. Through education, training, and strategic guidance, we help churches consider how enabling technology, remote supports, and community partnerships can support independence, aging in place, and continued connection.
Our focus includes older adults, people with disabilities, and communities of color facing gaps in care. We help leaders explore how to reach more people, coordinate in-person assistance when needed, and develop service models with the potential to generate revenue that sustains and grows their community work.
Why this work is personal
“Growing up, I participated in caring for community members through different churches. I know the value of that work because I was part of it. As the world changes, I want churches to have the knowledge and tools to carry that commitment forward.”
